Society Melbourne and its sister restaurant Yakimono are two of Australia’s most prestigious restaurants.

 

With a mix of charcoal, gas and electric equipment, island and wall hoods and multiple cuisines it was a significant challenge to deliver such a major project with extremely high end finishes in the middle of the pandemic.
